Mr. James Leslie Whiteford |

Mr. James Leslie Whiteford has over 25 years of experience in the financial services industry, gained from both professional organisations and industry participants in various locations globally.
He graduated with a Bachelor of Laws in 1978 and qualified as a chartered accountant with Thomson McLintock & Co, UK (part of the KPMG Peat Marwick Group) in early 1982. Following this, he moved to Hong Kong with Price Waterhouse (Now PriceWaterhouse Coopers). In 1987 he joined an Australian investment banking group, continuing to be based in Hong Kong and in 1990 joined an international institutional stock broking group that was acquired by E*TRADE Financial in 1999 where he continued to be employed until his appointment as MD & CEO of IL&FS Investsmart.
During his time with E*TRADE Financial he gained experience in both the retail and institutional segments of E*TRADE Financial's brokerage and banking businesses from bases in Asia, Europe and United States. Most recently, he was Executive Vice President Finance, Capital Markets based in United States and was the lead in increasing the leverage and integration with IL&FS Investsmart Limited.
In his role as MD & CEO of IL&FS Investsmart Limited, he will lead the company's management team in further strengthening its position within the Indian financial services industry and will help leverage the technology expertise and global capabilities of the E*TRADE Financial Group.

Mr. Sachin Joshi |

Mr. Sachin Joshi has over 18 years of financial management experience.
His core functional strength lie in the areas of resource mobilization, seeking credit rating, corporate structuring,
including merger, issue management activity, budgeting, monitoring control systems, and operational support.
He started his career with a publication group viz. Navneet Publications, in 1989 handling the accounting and
taxation functions. Thereafter, he moved to Lupin Laboratories Limited where he was responsible for project funding
and other long term and short term requirement, through various institutions and banks. Mr. Joshi joined the IL & FS group
in April 1994 as Manager- Resources. His responsibilities included seeking credit rating for the company, funds mobilization from banks,
domestic and multilateral institutions to take care of the working capital and other term loan requirements of the IL &FS group.
He joined the Company on October 1, 1999 as Chief Financial Officer (CFO). He is responsible for the Accounts and finance, Operations and risk management,
human resources development Legal & Secretarial, and Administration functions. Currently, he is working in the capacity of Executive Director - Finance & Operations w.e.f. April 18, 2007. |

Mr.Sandeep Presswala |

Mr. Sandeep Presswala has over 16 years of experience in capital markets. He was a whole time Director in Infin Equity Services (P) Ltd.,
a SEBI registered merchant banker and was involved in corporate finance and advisory work with corporates for raising finance.
He authored the publication 'SEBI Guidelines on Public Issues - an Analysis' published by the BCA.
He was appointed as a member of the Financial Services Committee of the Bombay Chartered Accountants Society
& was elected on the Board of the Association of Merchant Bankers of India for the year 1997-1998.
Mr. Presswala joined the IL &FS group in 1997. From July 1997 - June 1999, he worked as Senior Manager responsible
for investment banking activities including corporate finance, infrastructure product advisory and merchant banking activities.
On October 1, 1999, he joined IL &FS Investsmart and currently he is working in the capacity of Executive Director - Retail Business w.e.f. April 18, 2007.

Mr. Deepak Sharma |

Mr. Deepak Sharma has more than 15 years of experience. He began his career with Tata Group, shouldered the responsibility as CEO of SPA Capital Ltd. Thereafter he went ahead to become the Country Head - Distribution Business for Centrum Finance Ltd. He later worked with IL&FS AMC Ltd. as Regional Head.
He joined IL&FS Investsmart as Head - Distribution and now heads the complete wealth management business of the company, managing various investment products including Mutual Funds, PMS, Structured Products, Insurance, Fixed Income and other annuity products, catering to the "investors' customers of IIL. He is currently working in the capacity of Executive Vice President & Head - Investment Advisory Group (IAG).

Mr. R Sreesankar has more than 2 decades of experience with large corporate houses.
He completed his Bachelor of Science degree from University of Calicut,
and started his professional career in 1986 with Canara Bank as Credit Officer.
During his career he has been associated with organizations like DSP Merrill Lynch Investment Managers Ltd as Chief Investment Officer,
SSKI Securities as Chief Executive Officer, Baring Asset Management as Product Head, South Asia at London, United Kingdom,
ABN Amro Securities Ltd as Senior Manager-Equity Research and Canbank Mutual Fund. His last assignment was with Polaris Software
as Vice President responsible for investment strategy of its business. He joined IL & FS Investsmart Securities Limited in 2005 and currently
working in the capacity of Head-Research. |

Mr. Avdhoot Deshpande |

Mr. Avdhoot Deshpande has around 16 years of experience with various investment and merchant banking companies.
He started his career in 1991 in corporate finance with Jindal Strips Limited - one of the largest steel companies in India.
His cores areas of activities include arranging finances for various corporate clients in the form of equity, debt and hybrid instruments.
He has been operating in the regulated Indian Securities markets and has interacted with regulatory authorities and exchanges like SEBI, BSE and NSE in connection with compliance of regulations and policies.
In his current assignment at IL & FS Investsmart Securities Limited, he works as Senior Vice President - Merchant Banking having an overall supervision over execution of mandates which includes due diligence,
selection & appointment of intermediaries, interacting with legal counsel for the transactions and conducting investor road shows in India and overseas for retail & institutional investors. |

Mr. Kersi Tavadia |

Mr. Kersi Tavadia has more than 2 decades of experience with some of India's large corporate houses.
A Post Graduate in Computer Science, he has been leading IT department in various financial institutions prior to his stint at IL & FS Investsmart Securities Limited.
During his last assignment he was heading the IT team at Motilal Oswal Securities Ltd and was instrumental in setting up of their portal www.motilaloswal.com as well
as the retail technology network for their brokerage house. Kersi joined IL & FS Investsmart Securities Limited as Chief Technology Officer in 2004. |
