What is the advantage of having an Internet Banking Account? |

You can transfer funds through online instructions into the bank account of IL&FS Investsmart Securities Ltd. and commence trading immediately or quickly replenish your margin limits. Further, if we have to make a payment to you, funds can be credited to your account by us by issuing online instructions. |

How does the payment gateway work? |

You have to click on the Fund transfer link available in the trading window on the online trading section of Investsmartonline.com. A new pop up screen will open where the bank details would be displayed. You have to enter the amount you want to transfer, then click on "GO" which will further redirect you to the bank website where you have to enter your net banking user ID and password issued by the bank and confirm the transaction. The funds will be transferred instantaneously and your trading limits will be increased. |

Is there any limit on the amount of money that can be transferred through the payment gateway? Is there any minimum amount? What is the charge for each transaction? |

No, there is no limit on the amount, which can be transferred, as it is a safe and secure transaction. The minimum amount of the transaction is Rs. 1/-.
There is no transaction charge towards the facility. |

When will I get credit in my trading account for the online funds transferred from my bank account? |

The credit for the funds transferred via the online banking facility from your bank account to your trading account will be done instantly provided the transfer is successful. |

Can I withdraw the amount allocated for trading? |

You need to login to your trading account and have the two options for funds withdrawal - |

By requesting for a cheque to be couriered to you. (For all withdrawal requests received before 3.30 p.m. everyday, we will be couriering the cheque to you on the same day). |

By requesting for a funds transfer to any of your online bank accounts, which has been linked to your trading account. |
